This is Migita Honten, the oldest sake brewery in Shimane Prefecture.

Today, we’d like to introduce our classic product, “Somi Hatsushibori” (First Pressing).

“Somi Hatsushibori” is named after the first sake brewed at Migita Honten each year.

With its refreshing sweetness and smooth mouthfeel, it warms you up during the colder seasons. This sake is highly popular across a wide range of age groups.

The toji (master brewer) recommends enjoying it at room temperature as is.
For those who find the rich sweetness a bit strong, you can enjoy it with a little ice or mixed with soda for a refreshing twist!
