Social Media Policy
(1)Migita Honten Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “the Company”) does not respond to inquiries or comments, photos, videos, links, or any other content posted by users on our social media, unless otherwise specified. Please note this.
(2)2. The copyright of posts made by users on our social media belongs to the respective user. However, by posting, the user grants the Company the right to use the post in Japan and abroad, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis (such as reproduction, modification, and public display), and agrees not to exercise any rights related to copyright or moral rights.
Prohibited Actions
Users must not post content that includes any of the following
・Content unrelated to the Company’s social media pages.
・Content that modifies the Company’s posted content.
・Impersonating the Company, other users, or third parties.
・False or misleading content, or content that promotes rumors.
・Content that harms privacy by disclosing personal information without consent.
・Meaningless posts such as empty posts, random strings of characters, or repeated posts of similar content.
・Posts containing personal information (name, email address, etc.), unless automatically displayed by the SNS platform.
・Violating intellectual property rights or any other rights of the Company or third parties.
・Defamation or any content that harms the reputation of the Company or others.
・Content related to business, political, or religious activities.
・Content that leads to harmful programs or damages the SNS system.
・Content that violates public order and morals.
・Content related to criminal activity or legal violations.
・Discriminatory content based on race, ideology, beliefs, etc.
・Posts that lead users to harmful websites or programs.
・Repeated posts or comments by the same user with similar content.
・Violations of service terms of use.
・Posts or links that disrupt the operation of the SNS.
Third-Party Damages Compliance
The Company is not responsible for any disputes or troubles between users or between users and third parties that may occur regarding the use of SNS.
Damages
If a user violates this policy and causes damage to the Company, the Company may seek compensation for the damages from the user.
Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for the following
・The completeness, accuracy, legality, or usefulness of the content posted by users on our SNS.
・Losses that occur directly or indirectly from using the information on our SNS.
・Problems or conflicts between users or with third parties caused by the use of SNS.
・Interruption, delay, or suspension of posts due to system failures or maintenance.
・Loss of information provided through posts on our SNS.
・The termination, modification, or deletion of SNS or SNS functions without prior notice.
Changes to Terms
The Company may change these terms without prior notice. Any changes will apply after they are displayed on the SNS.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these terms and conditions are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to the use of SNS will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Matsue District Court.
Effective Date
These terms are effective from April 1, 2024.
