This sake is characterized by its well-balanced flavor and aroma. It has a crisp, dry taste with a refreshing acidity that enhances the clean finish.

The subtle fruity aroma of green fruits has been carefully restrained, making it ideal as a food-pairing sake.

The toji (master brewer) recommends enjoying it at room temperature or chilled, preferably above 10°C.

Thanks to its well-balanced umami and fragrance, it pairs exceptionally well with light and delicate dishes.
Recommended pairings include white fish sashimi, squid, shrimp, shellfish, yudofu (hot tofu), ingredient-focused dishes, mountain vegetable tempura, and seafood marinades.
