01.Inquiries & Initial Meeting

02.Product Sample Proposal

We will send you product samples so you can evaluate the quality and decide on the flavor profile you desire.

03.Label Design

You will decide on the design and materials for the label.Typically, we ask customers to provide the design data. Once the taste and design are largely finalized, we will provide you with a rough estimate.

04.Quotation

Once the details are confirmed, including materials, quantities, pricing, delivery schedule, and payment terms, we will submit an official quotation. After agreement, we will begin the manufacturing process.

05.Production & Delivery

We will begin the production of your custom products. For delivery, we will accommodate your requirements.
Note: We generally provide products in a single batch delivery.

■What is OEM?
→OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturing and is also referred to as “contract manufacturing” or “private label manufacturing” (where products are made under the customer’s brand name). Many private label (PB) products in the market are OEM products.

■What is the minimum order quantity?
→The minimum order quantity is 3,600 bottles.
Note: The amount may vary depending on the specifics. Please consult with us during the meeting.

■Is there a cost for samples?
→Generally, we provide samples free of charge. However, there may be cases where additional fees are applied.

■How should materials be handled?
→We can procure the materials, but in some cases, customers may provide them.
※Note: Depending on the manufacturing process, we may not be able to accept certain materials. Please consult with us.

■How long does it take for delivery after placing an order?
→It typically takes about 2 to 3 months from the start of production.
Note: The timeline may vary depending on factors such as material specifications, quantities, and production line availability.
