This new sake is a product unique to Ugeta Honten, which also handles whiskey.
Junmai Daiginjo is aged in sherry and wine barrels.
Since both require time to mature, only about 300 bottles per month can be produced in limited quantities.
If you see it in a store, please pick it up!
