Announcement of a New Product

Hello!
This is Migita Honten, the oldest sake brewery in Shimane Prefecture.

Recently, we’ve been sharing a lot of whiskey updates, but rest assured, we’re still actively brewing sake as well!

And now, we’re excited to announce a new product!

We’re introducing two types of sake, each with different polishing ratios of Yamada Nishiki rice.
