The Torii That Cannot Be Reached

Hello, this is Migita Honten.

Have you ever heard of an island with a torii gate that you cannot reach?

The island is called Fumishima, known as a breeding ground for black-tailed gulls and designated as a National Natural Monument. Some of you may already be familiar with it.

The fact that you can’t reach it makes it feel so mystical, doesn’t it?

We happened to pass by it during a drive and couldn’t resist snapping a photo with one of our whiskey bottles.
